Try Sailing Days; it's not a lot of effort

Try Sailing Day

"Try Sailing Day"

In readiness for the Come and Try Sailing Day dates each Fleet will be listing on the national website, a new page has been set up on the national website; etchells.org.au/trysailingday. The site will show the date(s), contact person and their email address.

Brisbane Fleet captain Noel Paterson reported recently that his fleet had a great deal of success from two Come and Try days held over the winter break. As a result of these days two of the dormant boats have already been sold with an offer on a third, and yet another boat chartered for next season. "A fantastic result. These are all new sailors to Etchells. It is not a lot of effort to get a day organised," Paterson said.

If you're arranging a Try Sailing Day, check out the fact sheet, available online.
